These are the rules of using Inbuuk. By creating an account or booking on our platform you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Inbuuk, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Service description
Inbuuk is a booking and protected payment platform connecting beauty and wellness professionals with clients. We facilitate appointment scheduling, secure payment processing, and service verification through our protected payment system.
Inbuuk is a booking and payment facilitation platform only. It does not verify the credentials, qualifications, or licenses of any service professional. Users engage with professionals at their own discretion.
3. User accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Professionals must verify their phone number during registration.
- One business profile is allowed per user account.
4. Bookings & payments, cancellations & refunds
- All payments are processed securely.
- Upfront payments are held until service completion is verified via PIN.
- Pending booking requests that are cancelled before business acceptance refund the eligible service cost.
- Confirmed booking cancellations may apply the professional's displayed cancellation penalty.
- Professionals can choose a cancellation penalty up to 50% for confirmed bookings.
- If a professional rejects or cancels a booking, the client receives the eligible service cost back.
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
5. Professional subscriptions
Professionals receive a 60-day free trial. After the trial period a subscription is required to continue accepting new bookings. Existing pending protected bookings can be completed regardless of subscription status.
6. Quality of service
Inbuuk only guarantees delivery of bookings - not the quality of the service performed. If you are dissatisfied with the work, please resolve it directly with the professional or leave an honest review. Protected payments cannot be frozen for quality complaints.
